+ The new CriteriaBuilder control is made for visual composing of criteria.
+ Query Results demo project is updated: Criteria Builder is added.
+ Field lookup list in Expression column of the Query Results Grid is improved.
  Search by typing in inline cell edtor is made. Jump between search results
  with the Up and Down arrow keys.
- The bug with not refreshing metadata on clicking the Reconnect button 
  is fixed.

  Use the QB.Web.Application.getQueryParams(callback) asynchronous function
  to receive the list of parameters in callback function. See the Query Results
  demo project for details. 
+ Ability to specify the list of parameters values is made.
  Use the QB.Web.Application.setQueryParamValues(newParams, callback) function
  to pass the list of parameter values to the server. 
  Handle the SessionStore.Current.OnQueryParamChanged event to receive the list
  of parameter values. See the Query Results demo project for details.
= Query Results Demo displays the dialog prompt for query parameter values now.
