Active Query Builder 3 ASP.NET Edition v.3.3.3

Below is the list of fixes and improvements in Active Query Builder 3 ASP.NET Edition v.3.3.3.

+ New client-side events of user actions with queries on the Canvas have
  been added. (datasources, fields, and links: creation, changing, and
  removal). The complete list can be found here.
+ New samples illustrating on-demand component loading have been added:
  - to the MVC demo project: Change Connection using Partial View, 
    Deferred Query Builder creation.
  - to the JavsScript Client-side rendering project: Change Connection.
= SQL parsing error message is generated in accordance with the client
  language now.
- The Query Columns Grid HTML layout error in IE has been fixed.
- Scrolling in the Query Navigation Bar has been fixed.
- Memory leak after the QueryBuilder.dispose method call has been
  eliminated.
